Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer a free consultation?
I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to help us both determine if we’re a good match for working together. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions about my approach and get a sense of my training and treatment style, while allowing me to better understand your needs.
What are your fees?
15-minute consultation - free
Individual Assessment: $200 (first session) - 60 minutes
Couples Assessment: $220 (first session) - 60 minutes
Individual Session: $140 - 50 minutes
Couples Session: $180 - 50 minutes
Group: $50 - 50 minutes
What can I expect when we work together?
During our initial session, I’ll get to know you as a person—understanding your unique strengths, values, and perspectives, as well as learning about your background and what brings you to therapy. In the sessions that follow, we’ll collaborate to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific goals. Whether you’re seeking relief from particular symptoms, wanting to build new coping strategies, working through emotional experiences, or looking to enhance your relationships with yourself and others, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you to help you achieve meaningful progress.
Do you accept insurance?
I am currently working to panel with United Healthcare (UHC) and expect to be in network soon. For all other insurance plans, I’m an out of network provider, which means clients pay a fee-for-service rate for each session. Upon request you will receive a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible out of network benefits.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will incur the full session fee.
